Property Rules: Respect the Property: Treat the property as if it were your own. This includes avoiding damage to furniture, appliances, and other amenities. No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed for smoking violations. This policy helps ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests. No Loud Noises or Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment, no loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guest Approval: Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from the host. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. Please take care to secure your valuables. Appliance Use: Only use appliances and equipment that are specifically designated for guest use. This includes the kitchen appliances, TV, and any other amenities provided. This was our second time staying at this location. Scott and his team are excellent hosts, very responsive and accommodating. The location itself is amazing. The convenience of being so close to the beach, parking, the boardwalk, and so many shops and restaurants is a huge benefit to staying here. Plenty of room in the unit, we had a family of 12 for our vacation and we never felt cramped. The balcony has the best views encompassing the ocean, boardwalk, park, and even the sea world fireworks at night. We love this place and can’t wait to come back again soon.

Scott's place was in a perfect location. So close to everything. The beds were comfortable, and there was many extra amenities. There was plenty of space for our group. We would definitely book his place again.

The location of this home can’t be beat. Be owners know how to prep a home so you can truly relax and have a great vacation. The park nearby is unbeatable—we had endless options for fun and places to eat. Mr. Ruribertos’ taco shop was so good. The beach was safe and just a short 1 minute walk from the house. We loved being able to use the beach chairs, sand toys, and Boogie Boards. Belmont Park theme park was clean and provided so much fun! There were enough pillows, towels, and things you always need but don’t think to bring. A great stay.

WALK/BIKE/eSCOOTERS: The best of the beach community is easily walkable or an easy bike ride at most. This location is literally the epicenter of the San Diego beaches along the best section of Mission Bay in the heart of Mission Beach. CAR RENTAL/PARKING: You have a private and enclosed two-car garage, but unless you are planning on taking day trips outside of the city, we HIGHLY recommend uber/lyft for airport transport or venturing beyond the immediate area. The wait is never longer than 1-3 minutes and the fare is usually significantly less than parking would be. Parking is very limited and quite expensive in most of the city. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Bus stop nearby at Belmont Park. Unless you've visited the area you may not realize just how great this location is.... you are walking distance to dozens of rooftop restaurants, beachfront bars, coffee shops, and even fine dining right on the water. Surf shops, watersport rentals, e-scooters, groceries, and fitness studios are also steps away. Check out our guidebooks for all the great things within walking or biking distance!
