Broken glass can cause injuries and is difficult to clean up. No Drinking: No drinking of alcoholic beverages is allowed on the beach, boardwalk, or seawall. Violators will be ticketed. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the beach to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all visitors. Property Rules: Respect the Property: Treat the property as if it were your own. This includes avoiding damage to furniture, appliances, and other amenities. No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed for smoking violations. This policy helps ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests. No Loud Noises or Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment, no loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guest Approval: Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from the host. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. Please take care to secure your valuables. Appliance Use: Only use appliances and equipment that are specifically designated for guest use. This includes the kitchen appliances, TV, and any other amenities provided. Before booking our Mission Beach home, there are a few important details we'd like you to be aware of to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay: Parking: Parking at our Mission Beach getaway is provided a 2-car garage. Please note the dimensions: Height (at lowest point): 7 ft 4 inches, While SUVs have fit comfortably in the past, some larger vehicles may have difficulty maneuvering within the space. We encourage guests to plan accordingly and reach out with any questions or concerns regarding parking arrangements. Shared Walls: Please note that their is another home above this home. Zero Tolerance for Parties: Our home is not suitable for parties or events. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and residential environment. Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood: We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a harmonious living environment. No Smoking: For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is not permitted in or on the property. There is a $1,000 fine for smoking on the property.
