Broken glass can cause injuries and is difficult to clean up. No Drinking: No drinking of alcoholic beverages is allowed on the beach, boardwalk, or seawall. Violators will be ticketed. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the beach to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all visitors. Property Rules: Respect the Property: Treat the property as if it were your own. This includes avoiding damage to furniture, appliances, and other amenities. No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed for smoking violations. This policy helps ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests. No Loud Noises or Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment, no loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guest Approval: Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from the host. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. Please take care to secure your valuables.
