Welcome to our expansive dual-home vacation rental, designed to comfortably host families and large groups, offering plenty of space, privacy, and stunning views of Belmont Park and the beach. First Home (2-Story, 3-Bedroom, 3-Bath) Upon entering the first home, you'll walk into an inviting open-concept living area featuring a spacious dining table, a comfortable seating area with a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ideal for group meals. The room is flooded with natural light, thanks to the large windows that overlook the outdoor patio. On the ground floor, there’s a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, perfect for guests who prefer easy access to the main living space. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom, conveniently located for both guests and those in the common areas. From this level, you can access the garage, offering secure parking and extra storage for your beach gear. Upstairs, a large laundry closet sits at the top of the stairs for easy access. You'll find a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, ideal for kids or friends traveling together. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located just outside the bunk room, providing convenience for all upstairs guests. The highlight of the second floor is the main suite—a spacious retreat featuring a luxurious king bed, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The bedroom opens up to a private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in views of Belmont Park and the nearby beach. Second Home (3-Bedroom, 2.5-Bath) Situated directly above the first home, the second home offers additional space with a private entrance, perfect for larger groups who want to stay close but maintain some privacy. Upon entering, you'll walk through a hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. On your left is a full bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. To the right is a bedroom with a queen bed, offering a quiet retreat for guests. At the end of the hall is a spacious bunk room, making it an excellent spot for families or kids. As you ascend the stairs, you'll be greeted by half bathroom and an open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings and large windows that offer sweeping views of Belmont Park and the beach. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals for a large group. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area that seats eight, perfect for shared meals and game nights. The main bedroom is also located on the second floor and features a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and dual sinks. A private balcony off the main bedroom offers another quiet spot to relax and enjoy the views. The living area opens up to a large balcony, fully furnished with a lounge set, dining table, and BBQ. This is an ideal place for family gatherings. What makes it perfect is that is actually two adjacent dwellings. Sometimes, having a family reunion all in one big place can be stressful. This was a family reunion where we had two distinct places: one, the family house, and one the quiet house. What a perfect set up for those of us beyond the child-rearing years that like a quiet retreat. I have never been to an AirBnB experience that was such a perfect fit for folks looking for a place that can sleep up to 20 guests. Thank you, guys!

WALK/BIKE/eSCOOTERS: The best of the beach community is easily walkable or an easy bike ride at most. This location is the epicenter of the San Diego beaches, right along the best section of Mission Bay in the heart of Mission Beach. CAR RENTAL/PARKING: Your rental comes complete with a two-car private tandem garage, but unless you are planning on taking day trips outside of the city, we HIGHLY recommend uber/lyft for airport transport or venturing beyond the immediate area. The wait is never longer than 1-3 minutes and the fare is usually significantly less than parking would be. Parking is very limited and quite expensive in most of the city. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Bus stop nearby at Belmont Park. Unless you've visited the area you may not realize just how great this location is.... you are walking distance to dozens of rooftop restaurants, beachfront bars, coffee shops, and even fine dining right on the water. Surf shops, watersport rentals, e-scooters, groceries, and fitness studios are also steps away.
