PROPERTY RULES: Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own. Please turn off the AC when you are not at the property and when you are checking out. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property. No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use. If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved. PET RULES: **One pet maximum! 1. Guests agree to always keep their pet under control. 2. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet. 3. Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet. 4. If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s). 5. Guests agree that their pet is housebroken. 6. No pet under the age of 1 year old. 7. Pet must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. 8. Guests agree that the pet will not get on the furniture or bedding. There will be a $100 additional fee if pet hairs are found on the furniture or bedding. 9. Guests agree that pet will be rinsed of dirt & dried thoroughly before entering the unit. Guest linens & towels should never be used on your pet! 10. Guests agree that pet will not be washed in the bathtubs or showers inside the unit. This must be done in the outside with the hose. 11. Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements. 12. Guests agree to clean up after their pet & dispose of their pet waste promptly. If not, you will incur a $50 fine. 13. Guests agree to keep pet from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property. Check-out is at 10:00am.
