Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Having a big garage for our car was ideal instead of having to find roadside parking. Overall, the place was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommended!

Great location right next to the beach and local bars. Place was very clean and cozy and the beds were comfy. The host is very responsive and gave us great recommendations!

Amazing stay for a super affordable rate. Walkable to a local grocery and plenty of restaurants. Easy to uber around everywhere or drive if you wish. I am a bit OCD and this rental was literally squeaky clean including the kitchen, bathrooms, furniture etc. good sized bedrooms and baths. Washing machine/dryer brand new and easy to use. We felt safe as there is a private gate before you enter the property and the locks were easy to use as well. 10/10 stars

Had a great stay for my friend’s wedding. Modern amenities, very nice setup with a cool private patio. Very clean and sleek. I’ve lived in San Diego before and knew Garnet Ave is a main throughway to all that PB has to offer. If you don’t mind a little traffic noise you’ll be very happy with the walk-ability of this location. Groceries, coffee, bars, restaurants and the ocean all within walking distance.

The place was great! It is very close to the beach, but just far away that we didn't have party noise. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Die Unterkunft und die Lage waren einmalig! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Nähe zum Strand sehr genossen. Scott war ein sehr guter Gastgeber und hat in sehr kurzer Zeit auf Fragen reagiert! Es waren wunderbare 6 Tage die wir in PB verbracht haben. Kommen gerne wieder.

Scott was so flexible with our varied check-in needs and communicating with his was easy. He took a lot of stress out of arrival day and we really appreciate that. Awesome location, beach, ocean waves, so many activities in the immediate area. Next time we’ll need to stay twice as long.

Conveniently located, this property was perfect for my stay. A gourmet grocery across the street, with multiple reasonable restaurants within easy walking distance, not to mention nearby Ocean Beach and sunset Cliffs, make this property a winner. The home was neat, clean and comfortable.

Studio très agréable bien situé proche de PLNU et Ocean drive. Il est facile de se garer dans la rue même s’il y a une place de parking incluse dans la location. Le seul point négatif c’est qu’il a fait froid pendant notre séjour et le chauffage qui est également l’air conditionné n’était pas suffisamment chaud et pas de couvertures suffisantes mais c’est rare qu’il fasse froid.

Thank you Scott for an amazing stay, the location is so central with great restaurants and shops just around the corner. The room has everything you need and also secured with locked gates. We didnt have any issue with parking on the street. Will definitely come back.
